Pflanzliche Proteinquellen

Da wir kein Molke- oder Milcheiweiß verwenden, müssen wir auf pflanzliche Proteinquellen zurückgreifen. Aber sei Dir sicher, Abstriche musst Du deswegen nicht machen – im Gegenteil.

Reisprotein

Reisprotein ist das pflanzliche Protein aus dem Reiskorn. Durch verschiedene Keim- und Fermentationsprozesse kann das Eiweiß extrahiert werden und somit für unsere veganen Proteinriegel verwendet werden.

Erbsenprotein
