Our pleasantly and naturally spicy ginger shot consists of 99 % ginger and is refined with a delicious dash of lemon.

Ginger is a root that belongs to the family of the same name; originally from China, it is nowadays cultivated mainly in Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Nigeria and Japan. Ginger is a rhizome, which means that it grows underground. It is cultivated in spring and harvested at different times depending on its intended use: if it is to be sold fresh, it is harvested after a few months when the ginger is still very tender; if it is to be dried and processed into spices, the harvest takes place only once the leaves of the plant have already died.

You can drink our ginger shot (one shot corresponds to 50 ml) in the morning for a refreshing energy kick, or whenever you feel like it. You can also use it to give your tea or cocktail a natural spiciness. Enjoy!
