Sure - there are no limits for you! The best thing is to take your favorite cup, put 3-4 slices of strawberry in it and fill the whole thing with hot water. In the end you have a fruity, fresh fruit tea.
You can use our freeze-dried strawberry slices for baking, as a topping or as a fruit tea. In muesli, the crunchy fruits also offer you an extra crunch. But also decoratively a real must-have: a few strawberries in your favorite drink and you have not only a visual upgrade - but also a real taste explosion. For summer, we will recommend using freeze-dried strawberries as toppings for your cocktails or just as a plain snack to enjoy while your barbecue is ready. 
Since we remove the water from our favourite fruits during freeze-drying, they are particularly crispy! That's why freeze-dried strawberries have such a unique and irresistible taste.
Just like fresh strawberries, only much crispier!
No, because our freeze-dried strawberries are produced by sublimation. This is the process by which a substance – in our case, water – changes directly from a solid to a gaseous state without becoming liquid in between. That's how the magic happens: the frozen water in the strawberry slices evaporates. What remains is (most of) the nutrients, colour and aroma of the berry, but with added crunch and a longer shelf life. Unfortunately, it's not that easy to replicate at home, but don't worry, we've selected the finest strawberries, freeze-dried them and packaged them for you.
Above all, a balanced and varied diet is healthy. We don't categorise products as healthy or unhealthy. What we can say is that our freeze-dried strawberry slices can be integrated into a wholesome diet, whether in muesli, on pancakes or as a snack.
The process preserves color and flavor well. In addition, freeze-dried fruits are more environmentally friendly, as they only need to be grown seasonally and thus fewer greenhouses and greenhouses are managed.
