This product has a Schuko plug (type F) and is therefore compatible with almost all types of sockets in Europe. Attention: Sockets in Great Britain and Switzerland are not compatible with the Schuko plug (type F) we use. If you are unsure, please contact our customer service.
The stainless blades cannot be removed from the blender.
The container of the high-performance blender is made of BPA-free plastic and is therefore easy to hold.
Our Sir Mix-A-Lot has a power of 12000 RPM. So nothing is safe from his blades!

Mixer is ok

I had the blender for about 1.5 years. It broke down this morning. The blender is great for smoothies, sauces and anything else where liquid can be added. I wanted to make energy balls this morning. Unfortunately, the blender was unable to cope with the viscous mixture and started to smoke.

Difficult handling in case of defects

The blender arrived without a cap. After I notified the support, a replacement was sent. Unfortunately, despite a detailed description with photos, only another lid arrived without a cap and I could not use the blender. After emailing support again, they suggested that I return the blender completely and receive a new unit. According to the proof of shipment, the return was received by Koro on 8/5. Since then, however, I have received neither a message, a new device or my money back.

Good blender, but with room for improvement

Dear Koro team, I actually think the blender is great, but there are two things that really bother me. Firstly, the blender wanders when blending. This really shouldn't happen. I have a standard Ikea plate and the blender flies off the table if I don't hold on to it. Secondly, in my opinion, it should not be possible to switch on the blender without the lid for safety reasons. In my opinion, these are two major disadvantages, so unfortunately only 2 out of 5 stars. :)

Guter Mixer für (diese Leistung) kleinen €uro - Kaufempfehlung !

Ein guter Mixer. Gute Verarbeitung, aber eine Höllen-Maschine (Lautstärke) - Dafür gibt es aber auf die schnelle gute Ergebnisse. Leistung macht eben "Dezibel". Drehregler läuft schön "fluffig" und die Schalter fühlen sich auch wertig an. Da tut nix wackeln. Meine Frau ist begeistert und nutzt ihn immer öfter. Sie war am Anfang skeptisch, aber jetzt wird alles zerkleinert was nicht bei "3" auf den Bäumen ist. Die Reinigung ist auch einfach.
Ich habe schon schlechtere Mixer für mehr €uros gesehen.
Für diese Leistung ist der Preis gut - mehr "Leistung" als "Preis".
Also....... bis jetzt alles "tutti"....

Super disappointed

Unfortunately, I am super disappointed with the supposed high-performance blender. It can't do more than soups and smoothies. I've had my blender for a year now, of course so long that I no longer have a guarantee - wanted to make a fluffy cookie cream when the blender started smoking. Now, of course, it no longer works. I wouldn't buy it again.
