Everyone in Germany is already talking about them and now they are making their way to your home. Soya granules is, like the name suggests, a soya based meat substitute. The soya bean is getting washed, peeled and afterwards grounded into flour. Afterwards the oil is pressed out of the flour, so the actual oil content is under 5%. Through extrusion the soy granules is getting its shape and form.

At first sight it may remind you of minced meat, but that's just your brain playing tricks with you, because it definitely is 100% soya. So go on, take your bolognese to the next level, spread them over your salad or muesli. There are really no limits for the usage of our soya granules. And make sure to try out the bigger form (soya slices) as well.

Nach dem Öffnen solltest Du darauf achten, die Packung immer luftdicht zu verschließen. Am besten ist es, Du bewahrst das Soja-Geschnetzelte an einem kühlen, lichtgeschützten und trockenen Ort auf. Die Mindesthaltbarkeit beträgt in der ungeöffneten Originalpackung 18 Monate nach Produktionsdatum.

Was ist das Besondere an dem feinen Soja-Geschnetzelten von KoRo?

Unser Soja-Geschnetzeltes ist vegan, bio und in der praktischen 1 kg-Vorteilspackung erhältlich. Als feines Geschnetzeltes sind die Stückchen kleiner und zarter als bei unserem groben Soja-Geschnetzeltem.

Wie bereite ich das Soja-Geschnetzelte zu?

Die Zubereitung ist denkbar simpel: Das Soja-Geschnetzelte einfach mit lauwarmen Wasser, Gemüsebrühe und Gewürzen übergießen und 5–10 Minuten ziehen lassen. Dann wie Hackfleisch weiterverarbeiten.

Wie wird Soja-Geschnetzeltes hergestellt?

Wie der Name schon sagt, ist die einzige Zutat die Sojabohne. Die Sojabohnen werden zuerst gewaschen, geschält und daraufhin zu Sojamehl gemahlen. Das Mehl wird anschließend gepresst und damit entölt. So sinkt der Ölgehalt auf 5 %. Das entfettete Sojamehl wird anschließend durch ein bestimmtes Pressverfahren in die entsprechende Form gebracht – fertig!
