For our date syrup, we use 100% dates of the popular deglet nour variety. The fruits grow in subtropical areas and are characterised by a honey-sweet taste. The best thing is: the dates for our date syrup come from controlled organic cultivation.

The ideal sweetener for drinks and desserts

Whether in herbal and fruit teas, as a sweet addition to chai lattes or as a gentle component in chocolatey cocoa - with just a teaspoon of date syrup you can give warm drinks a very special touch. Wie wird der Bio-Dattelsirup hergestellt?

Zur Herstellung von Dattelsirup werden die Datteln zunächst gekocht und dann entkernt sowie schonend gepresst. Der so gewonnene Saft wird anschließend unter Hitze gefiltert – und fertig ist die flüssige Süße!

Was ist das Besondere an dem Bio-Dattelsirup?

Unser Dattelsirup besteht zu 100 % aus Datteln und enthält keine künstlichen Zusätze wie Farb- und Konservierungsstoffe. Wir verwenden für unseren Sirup Deglet Nour Datteln, die einen leicht malzigen, angenehm süßen Geschmack und einen Hauch von Vanille haben. Das karamellähnliche, mild-buttrige Aroma findet sich auch in unserem Dattelsirup wieder.
