At KoRo, we like to try out new things, so we decided to create this alternative! Our expertise in long-lasting products! Together, we created several Rügenwalder Mühle products as dry mixes. This way, you can buy your vegan alternatives now without having to use them immediately. Here's how to use the dry mix to make vegan meatballs: simply mix the dry mix with 175ml of water and 4 tablespoons of canola oil. Let the resulting product rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, and then shape your meatballs or burgers. Finally, heat up 2–3 tablespoons of canola oil in a pan and fry the meatballs for 5-6 minutes. That's it! 175 ml kaltes Wasser, 4 EL Rapsöl und 75 g Beutelinhalt gründlich verrühren. Für mindestens 30 Minuten im Kühlschrank quellen lassen. Frikadellen nach Belieben ausformen und mit 2-3 EL Rapsöl 5-6 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze anbraten.
