Pumpkin Spice: Das Kürbiskuchen-Gewürz

Die Gewürzmischung Pumpkin Spice (auch Pumpkin Pie Spice) stammt aus den USA und wird typischerweise zum Würzen von Kürbiskuchen benutzt. Der Mix aus Zimt, Muskatnuss, Piment, Nelken und Ingwer ist besonders im Herbst beliebt.
