If only it were sugar-free

Hello, Is it possible to make the same spread but with sucralose or xylitol? I've been making my own spreads for so long now that I'm bedridden I can't do it anymore. Now that I'm bedridden, I can't do it anymore. Also, by roasting the hazelnuts and almonds, it makes the spread naturally sweet. Thank you for everything you offer, there are more and more organic products, it's great 😀
