    Combine the cookie ingredients and knead into a smooth, even dough.

    Chop the vegan protein bar into small pieces.

    Form the dough into 6-7 small, round cookies. Bake either in an air fryer at 160°C for 10 minutes or in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.

    lace one piece of the chopped protein bar onto each cookie and bake for another 5 minutes until the bar has slightly melted.

    Remove the cookies and use a spoon to swirl the melted protein bar into a creamy topping.
