You know rice as a grain of rice and not as a crispie, don't you? Well, with rice, the desired consistency must first be achieved. To do this, rice flour is boiled with sugar and malt extract. Then the rice pulp is pressed under pressure into the right shape. Then the rice crispies are given color: they are dipped in milk chocolate and lightly rolled in cinnamon. And because we are not black-and-white thinkers and prefer it colorful, we also have another variety of rice crispies in our assortment: with white chocolate and strawberry powder.
