We use Sicilian olive, processed by hand just a few hours after being harvested for our organic olive oil with rosemary. Our trusted producers make sure that a temperature of 27 °C is not exceeded during cold pressing, which is a very gentle processing method that keeps all the aroma from the fresh olives. The olive oil is then refined with natural rosemary aroma. If you are asking yourself why we use rosemary aroma instead of fresh rosemary, the answer is simple: fresh rosemary in the oil looks beautiful and tastes great, but it limits the shelf life of the oil. The method of producing our extra virgin olive oil is particularly gentle: the olives, harvested by hand, are processed within a few hours by mechanical cold pressing. This means that no solvents or other chemical processes are used to extract the oil. The temperature of the olive oil remains below 27°C at all times. This gentle cold extraction preserves the quality of the olive oil and gives it a full-bodied aroma. The cold pressing is followed by the addition of the natural rosemary aroma.
t is best to store the olive oil in a cool and dark place. This ensures that it retains its aroma and quality. If stored correctly, the olive oil will keep for at least 18 months in its original unopened packaging.
Our extra virgin organic olive oil with rosemary goes well with salad dressings, antipasti, dips or sauces and for marinating vegetables, fish, seafood and meat. It is also suitable for refining pizza and pasta and it adds an aromatic note to homemade pesto.

Olio Rosmarino bio

Avevo acquistato tempo indietro un olio simile al supermercato prezzo 4 euro circa e non mi era piaciuto moltissimo, il gusto era troppo troppo forte e amarostico allo stesso tempo e all'interno c'erano gli aghetti di rosmarino interi. Ho visto questo olio e ho deciso di riprovare, che dire decisamente tutt'altra storia!
Il sapore è corposo, avvolgente e delicato. Sicuramente, a differenza di quello del supermercato, si nota decisamente la differenza e ci si accorge a colpo d'occhio della qualità del prodotto a partire dal colore.
Lo uso spesso per condire le patate al forno, per la carne e perché no anche per delle semplici bruschette pane e olio! Mi piace moltissimo e di certo proverò anche gli altri gusti.
Ps: Per chi ci tiene voglio precisare che è completamente italiano!
