Made of 100% cashew nuts, its taste is uniquely nutty and sweet. Compared to normal cashew butters, ours is more a cashew mousse, being more liquid – but it is the same product.

Thanks to the quality of the raw nuts we use, our cashew butter does not need any oil – simply 100% ground cashew nuts of the best quality – no oil, no sugar and unsalted! This is why our product tastes so incredibly delicious that you will want to bathe in it! And why not? Cashew nuts are a good source of protein and fibre, and therefore a great addition to your diet.

The ideal companion for breakfast, lunch, and dessert

You can just spoon our raw cashew butter straight out of the jar – and this is probably the best way to enjoy its unique taste and smooth texture! However, there are also numerous creative ways to use this versatile and delicate cashew butter. For example, you could use it as a wonderful spread on bread – who needs peanut butter and jelly, when you have cashew butter! You can also top your porridge with cashew butter in the cereal bowl to give it a nutty note. Or you can just do both. If you want to try a more elaborate recipe with cashew butter, you can make a Raw Cookie Dough. Cashew butter: The alternative to cheese and whipped cream

In vegan cuisine, cashew butter is often used as a substitute for cream and cheese. Information about our cashew butter

If you are already one of our loyal cashew butter customers (which we can only advise you to be), you may notice the change in consistency of our cashew butter. This is due to our switch to a different supplier. Thanks to his so-called ball mills, our new supplier can get the fat out of the cashews even better. As a result, the consistency can be more fluid - in terms of taste, our cashew puree will still transport you to seventh nut heaven, KoRo's word of honour. Speaking of taste: As a cashew puree newcomer, you might be surprised by the similarity in taste to peanut butter . However, the sweet, nutty taste is actually exclusively cashews. Packaging type: Preserving jar

Real foodies aren’t just interested in the contents, but also in the packaging of their favourite product – and our preserving jars are a beautiful thing! The combination of sturdy glass and a tinplate lid with an integrated plastic seal makes for an unbeatable team. Why? Thanks to the seal, the contents can be vacuum-sealed, which significantly extends the shelf life of your treats. Especially with our nut butters, the wide preserving jar offers clear advantages in everyday life: you can stir the butter effortlessly, scoop it out easily and enjoy every last bit. Weighing between 120 and 350 grams (jar) and 10 to 20 grams (lid), the packaging is also very high-quality and sturdy.

Your jar is empty? Then please dispose of the lid and jar separately! The jar belongs in the glass recycling bin, whilst the lid goes in the metal bin. Both materials are highly recyclable. And the integrated plastic seal? Don’t worry, it accounts for less than 10% of the lid’s weight and is simply burned out during the recycling process. This means it doesn’t interfere with the metal recycling cycle and the tinplate can be recycled optimally.

Why doesn't the glass pop when you open it?

Since our nut milks are not heated during filling, there is no vacuum and therefore they do not pop when opened. This has nothing to do with quality defects.
