Crispy waffles – who could possibly say no to that? Spoiler: definitely not us. Especially when they’re served savory. But what actually goes on savory waffles? In this waffle recipe, fruity orange, spicy chili, olives and crunchy fava beans come together for an exciting topping – perfect for a special breakfast or a quick lunch. So: fire up the waffle iron and get started!

120 g flour

1 Pinch salt
1 Pinch pepper
