In this waffle recipe, fruity orange, spicy chili, olives and crunchy fava beans come together for an exciting topping – perfect for a special breakfast or a quick lunch. For the dough: Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper and cornstarch in a bowl.

Combine the plant drink with a little lemon juice. Add it to the dry ingredients together with the olive oil and soy sauce and stir everything into a smooth batter.
