Professors Green Porridge Green Smoothie Bowl Vegan Glutenfree – quick and tasty homemade recipe with pantry staples.

0.5 UNIT 1/2 avocado
1 UNIT 1 green apple
1 UNIT 1 green kiwi
10 UNIT 10 red grapes
1 handful 1 small handful of walnuts (approx. 5 nuts)
1 handful 1 handful of fresh spinach
2 tbsp. juice of 1/2 lemon
3 UNIT 2-3 florets of frozen broccoli
1 to taste some grated ginger (to taste)
1 to taste 1 sprig parsley (to taste)
4 UNIT 5-7 fresh raspberries
5 UNIT 5-7 fresh blackberries
1 to taste a few edible flowers (optional)
1 to taste some cocoa nibs
1 to taste some chopped white mulberries
  • Step 1/3

    prepare everything by washing, peeling and chopping all fresh ingredients. then, starting with the avocado and fruit and ending with the harder to blend ingredients, such as spinach and frozen broccoli, transfer everything to a blender, except for the fresh berries, edible flowers, cocoa nibs and mulberries, which will later be used to decorate the bowl.

    blend everything until smooth. you can also add more of certain ingredients or other flavors to taste. then transfer the mix to a bowl.

  • Step 3/3

    decorate the green smoothie / porridge with fresh berries, optionally edible flowers, cocoa nibs, chopped white mulberries and / or other toppings of choice.
