For a concentrated charge of energy in between!

3 tbsp. Buckwheat
10 tbsp. Water
6 tbsp. Applesauce
5 tbsp. Dried fruit e.g. apricots, plums
15 tbsp. Oatmeal
1 Pinch Cinnamon
3 tbsp. Chopped walnuts
4 tbsp. Ground walnuts
6 tbsp. Pumpkin seeds
  • Step 1/3

    Cut the dried fruit into small pieces (about the size of raisins) and mix well with the remaining ingredients.

  • Step 2/3

    Add 10 tablespoons of water and spread on a greased baking sheet about 1 cm thick.

  • Step 3/3

    Bake at 150 °C convection oven until the bottom is lightly browned. Remove the baking tray from the oven and cut the bars into pieces of any size.
