Porridge with lentils, banana milk and berries.
Boil lentils with vegetable milk and 2/3 of the water. Add apple cider vinegar and salt. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Stir cinnamon and carob or cocoa into banana milk until all lumps are dissolved.
Stir in oatmeal, banana milk and remaining water and simmer again until desired consistency is reached.
Add peanuts and cocoa nibs to mixture and stir in.
Top with berries, banana and nut puree.
