How should I best store these nut butters?

You can store our organic cashew and pistachio creams at room temperature. If properly stored and kept in the unopened original packaging, the cashew butter has a shelf life of at least twelve months, and the pistachio butter, of at least 18 months. Once opened, both should be stored in the refrigerator. Our organic almond butter has a shelf life of at least six months in the unopened original packaging and should be stored in a cool, dry place.
