Preparing KoRo's drinkable meal

With our food replacement powder you can obtain essential vitamins such as vitamin B12 and proteins. In this way, you have a delicious, wholesome meal in front of you in no time at all, without having to get a single inch of your kitchen dirty. For one portion (= one meal), add 25 g (approx. 2 heaped measuring spoons) powder and 2.5 g (approx. 1 teaspoon) sunflower oil to 250 ml low-fat milk or low-fat vegetable drink of your choice in a shaker with a lid. Wie bereite ich die Trinkmahlzeit von KoRo zu?

Um den Drink zuzubereiten, gebe ca. 2 gehäufte Messlöffel (25 g) Pulver sowie 1 Teelöffel (2,5 g) Sonnenblumenöl in 250 ml fettarme Milch oder fettarmer Pflanzendrink Deiner Wahl. Dann heißt es schütteln oder mit einem Schneebesen rühren, bis das Pulver, das Öl und die Milch sich zu einem cremigen Drink verbunden haben.

Ist die Trinkmahlzeit Vanille vegan?

Da das Produkt Milchprotein und Milchpulver enthält, ist die Trinkmahlzeit nicht vegan.

Hilft der Mahlzeitenersatz-Drink von KoRo beim Abnehmen?

Abnehmziele erreichst Du in erster Linie durch ein Kaloriendefizit sowie durch eine ausgewogene Lebensweise. Unsere Trinkmahlzeit Vanille nach der empfohlenen Zubereitungsweise hat ungefähr 360 Kalorien und kann je nach Bedarf täglich 1–2 Mahlzeiten ersetzen. So kann das Erreichen eines Kaloriendefizits begünstigt werden – versprechen können wir Dir das allerdings nicht. Wie bewahre ich das Pulver auf und wie lange ist es haltbar?

Achte darauf, dass Du das Pulver nach jedem Öffnen luftdicht verschließt. Bewahre das Pulver an einem trockenen, kühlen und lichtgeschützten Ort auf – zum Beispiel im Vorratsschrank. Die Mindesthaltbarkeit der ungeöffneten Originalverpackung beträgt 18 Monate nach Produktionsdatum.
