Unser Dry Gin ist keine 08/15-Spirituose: Wir verwenden eine eigens kreierte Rezeptur und produziert wird der Gin in Bayern. Du kannst Dich also auf 100 % Gin Made in Germany freuen. Bis wir beim perfekten Geschmack mit Kräuter- und Zitrusnote angekommen sind, hat es aber eine ganze Weile gedauert. Wir haben uns durch ca. 40 verschiedene Gins probiert, bevor wir unseren Favoriten gekrönt haben. Du kannst Dir also vorstellen, wie lustig wir nach dem Produkt-Tasting waren. Trinken am Arbeitsplatz?! Machen wir bei KoRo nur, damit Du Dir die besten Cocktails mixen kannst.

Cocktails mit Gin: Einfache Rezepte

Hier wird geschüttelt, nicht gerührt! Unser hochwertiger Gin ist ein toller Allrounder für eine entspannten Abend mit Drinks unter Freund:innen. Jetzt brauchst Du nur noch das passende Rezept an die Hand.

Dafür gibt’s von uns das Rezept für den perfekten Gin Tonic: Fülle Dein Glas zunächst komplett mit großen Eiswürfeln. Dann gießt Du 4–6 cl Gin darüber und füllst das Glas mit 250 ml vorgekühltem Tonic Water. Strohhalm rein, schön anrichten und auf einem hübschen Tablett servieren. Am besten reichst Du dazu ein paar herzhafte Snacks wie die Bio Cracker Rosmarin, geröstete Kichererbsen mit Salz und Pfeffer oder krosse Bio Einkorn Sticks.

How much alcohol does the gin have?

Our Dry Gin has an alcohol content of 40%. So it is not alcohol-free gin, in fact it is quite high percentage.

Where is the Dry Gin produced?

Our Dry Gin is produced according to a recipe created especially for us in Bavaria. It is 100% Made in Germany.

What is special about KoRo's dry gin and where does your gin production take place?

The recipe of our Dry Gin was created especially for KoRo. Botanicals such as juniper, coriander seeds, rosemary, lemon peel and lavender flowers transform the spirit into an exciting all-rounder with that certain something. Balanced aromas and mild taste make the gin an all-rounder when mixing cocktails. It is perfect for the impromptu bar counter at home, for professional bartenders or as a thoughtful gift. Our Dry Gin is made in Bavaria and is therefore 100% Made in Germany.

Is gin healthy?

Our gin contains only natural or nature-like botanicals. In addition, dry gin is not allowed to add additional refined sugar afterwards. So it is certainly a good alternative compared to other alcoholic beverages. Please note, however, that despite everything, gin is a high-proof spirit. Alcohol in high quantities can be addictive and harm the body. So it's better to enjoy your drink in moderation.

What is the difference between gin and dry gin?

Dry Gin is very similar to London Dry Gin. Do not worry: "Dry" does not automatically mean a dry taste. The term merely indicates that the gin may not be sweetened in the aftertaste. Dry gin is at least double distilled, and only natural or nature-like spices and flavorings may be used. In addition, no additional refined sugar may be added. In return, it becomes quite high-percentage: Dry Gin must contain at least 37% alcohol, our version contains 40%.

Can I drink Dry Gin during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

No, you definitely should not. Our Dry Gin is a high-proof alcoholic beverage (40% vol.). Alcohol during pregnancy or breastfeeding can harm you and your baby. We therefore strongly advise you not to drink it.

Which gin and tonic goes well with gin?

You can mix our Dry Gin basically with any tonic water. In our opinion, Indian Tonic, Lemon Tonic or Yuzu Tonic fit best in the glass. With the latter, your spirit tastes almost exactly like Japanese gin.

At what age can I drink gin?

In Germany, Austria and Switzerland, the sale and distribution of alcohol of our Dry Gin is allowed from 18 years.

How does the Dry Gin from KoRo taste?

Our gin tastes of herbs and citrus. So it is not too berry or floral. We have made sure that none of the botanicals is too strong in the foreground. Instead, it convinces with its mild and round taste - a real all-rounder in your drink!

Is the gin bitter?

Our gin is not sweet. Together with tonic water, it has a refreshing, slightly tart note. But it is also not too bitter.
