Basic muffin recipe – with infinite possibilities

Pretty much everyone loves muffins – with chocolate, nuts or fruit. We give you a base recipe for 12 small muffins which you can use with our moulds: mix 150 g of soft butter or margarine with 125 g sugar until smooth. Add three eggs or the corresponding amount of egg substitute and stir well. Then, combine 225 g of flour with three teaspoons of baking powder and add it to the mix. A little tip: Sift the flour to avoid lumps and make the dough even smoother. Now add 50 ml of plant-drink or milk and mix well. Finally, you can add fruits, nuts, chocolate drops or other ingredients you might want in your muffins. Now fill the muffin moulds with the batter, add to a tray and bake for 20-25 minutes at 160 degrees (convection) or 180 degrees (top and bottom heat).
