Wenn Du Dich einmal quer durch unser Riegelsortiment gesnackt hast und jetzt selbst kreativ werden willst, wirf einen Blick in unser Rezeptetool. Dort sammeln wir all unsere Lieblingsrezepte zu Haferriegeln und Co. Es gibt grundsätzlich zwei Möglichkeiten, um selber zu machen. Entweder Du backst die Teigmasse klassisch wie einen Keks oder aber Du entscheidest Dich für die „raw“ Variante. Hier bleiben die Zutaten roh und werden lediglich im Mixer zerkleinert. Die Standardzutaten für Müsliriegel sind Datteln und Haferflocken. Für Fruchtriegel kannst Du Trockenfrüchte Deiner Wahl hinzufügen, als Nussfan solltest Du auf gehackte Mandeln oder Cashewkerne nicht verzichten.
Nein, die enthaltenen Haferflocken sind glutenfrei. Unser Flapjack kann daher auch von Menschen mit einer Glutenunverträglichkeit oder Zöliakie konsumiert werden.
Am besten bewahrst Du den Haferriegel an einem kühlen, trockenen und vor Licht geschützten Ort auf. So ist er ab dem Produktionsdatum in der ungeöffneten Originalverpackung mindestens 10 Monate haltbar.
Ja! Angefangen bei den weißen Kakaodrops bis hin zu der veganen Margarine sind alle Zutaten des Riegels rein pflanzlich. Unser Bio Flapjack Raspberry White Choc eignet sich daher wunderbar für die vegane Ernährung.
Na, logisch! Alle Zutaten unseres Flapjacks stammen aus kontrolliert biologischem Anbau.
Ein Flapjack ist ein weicher Haferriegel, der traditionell im Ofen gebacken wird. Das Ergebnis ist chewy und süß und schmeckt daher fast homemade. Ursprünglich stammen Flapjacks aus Großbritannien, wo sie seit Jahrhunderten als leckerer Hafer-Snack gelten. Übrigens: In den USA und Kanada versteht man unter „Flapjacks“ etwas ganz anderes – nämlich Pancakes!
Wir verzichten prinzipiell darauf, Lebensmittel in gesund und ungesund einzuteilen. Denn gesund ist in erster Linie eine ausgewogene und abwechslungsreiche Ernährung und ein entsprechender Lebensstil.
