Who needs boring sandwiches when you can have a Whipped Pink-Butter-Crisp-Sandwich? Just whip vegan butter until it is light and airy, color it a soft pink with beetroot powder, and top your bread with crispy, salty beetroot chips for the perfect crunch. Sprinkle a touch of pink salt on top – and you have your new favorite snack. Closing it? No way. This aesthetic brunch idea is far too beautiful to hide!

2 Slices bread (of choice)
50 g vegan butter, room-temperature
2 Pinches beetroot powder
1 beetroot chips
1 Flaky Salt

    leave your butter at room temperature for 30mins-1h until soft.

  • Step 2/5

    whip butter with an electric whisk until light and fluffy, then add a pinch of beetroot powder to color it pink.

  • Step 3/5

    mix your flaky salt with some more beetroot powder to get pink salt.

  • Step 4/5

    spread your whipped butter on your sandwich bread (decorate if you’re feeling fancy) and add your beetroot chips as well.

  • Step 5/5

    Lastly, sprinkle with your pink salt, cut diagonally and make a closed sandwich.
