Vegan roast chicken skin

Snack stands that sell marinated rice paper would be an idea, wouldn't they?

10 black peppercorns
2 Tsp. paprika powder
1 Tsp. Mustard seed
1 tbsp. Cane sugar
0.5 Tsp. Chilli powder
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Mortar (note: you can of course also use the ready-made roast chicken seasoning from the supermarket).
50 ml Olive oil
6 Travel documents
  • Step 1/3

    For the roast chicken spice mix, grind all the ingredients together in a mortar. Pour in the olive oil and mix.

  • Step 2/3

    Moisten one rice paper at a time with water so that it becomes soft and then brush with the marinade. Fold in half, brush again and fold and brush one last time.

  • Step 3/3

    Fry the folded rice papers in a pan for a few minutes on both sides until crispy and the desired degree of crispiness is reached.
