Quick chocolate coconut bar for in between.

30 g Mandelmus
60 g Almond flour
40 g vegan protein powder
0.5 EL Erythritol
0.5 TL Coconut oil
30 g Schokolade
0 nach Bedarf Mandel Drink
  • Step 1/4

    Mix almond flour with protein powder and erythritol.

  • Step 2/4

    Stir in the almond paste and gradually add the almond milk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

  • Step 3/4

    Form 9 bars from the mixture.

  • Step 4/4

    Heat chocolate with coconut oil and coat the bars with chocolate.
