Stuffed Dates with Peanut Butter & Jelly

6 UNIT Medjool dates
1 UNIT Peanut kernels
1 tbsp. Maple syrup
6 Tsp. Peanut butter
1 tbsp. Chia Samen
100 g Raspberries
  • Step 1/3

    For the chia jam, heat the frozen raspberries in a saucepan. Stir in the chia seeds and maple syrup and continue to simmer over low heat for another 5 minutes. Then remove from heat and allow to cool completely.

  • Step 2/3

    Cut the dates in half, remove the seeds and fill each with a spoonful of peanut butter, as well as the homemade jam.

  • Step 3/3

    Chop the peanut kernels and sprinkle on top.
