Peanut butter jelly sandwiches were yesterday! Today you fill with the proven peanut jam combination fruity-sweet dates.
For the chia jam, heat the frozen raspberries in a saucepan. Stir in the chia seeds and maple syrup and continue to simmer over low heat for another 5 minutes. Then remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
Cut the dates in half, remove the seeds and fill each with a spoonful of peanut butter, as well as the homemade jam.
Chop the peanut kernels and sprinkle on top.
