A fresh and quick alternative to usual chocolates, refined with freeze-dried strawberries.
Wash strawberries, remove the stalk and cut into coarse pieces.
Place all ingredients (except the freeze-dried strawberries for the topping) in a blender and puree until fine.
With moistened hands, form a ball from 1 tablespoon of the mixture.
Optional: heat coconut puree slightly until liquid, dip the balls and sprinkle with crumbled freeze-dried strawberries.
