Mix the peanut powder, vanilla, salt and (optional) vegan protein powder in a bowl.

Add the vegan yoghurt, peanut butter and (optional) maple syrup, then knead into a soft dough.

Take small portions, flatten them and shape into rounds.

Place an almond in the centre of each one and seal into a ball. Roll the balls in soya protein crispies.

Coat each ball completely in the melted chocolate. Decorate as desired with more soya protein crispies and a little raspberry powder, then enjoy.
