First, chop the hazelnuts and melt the coconut oil.

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake the granola for approx. 10 minutes at 180 °C. Then allow to cool completely and pour into an airtight container.
