We'll show you how to make your own crunchy granola! Granola is one of the favorites of all breakfast options, especially in the USA and parts of South America. In contrast to ready-made muesli with added white sugar, we present an alternative for homemade granola. Have fun with the recipe!

85 g Oat flakes
20 g Cashew nuts
20 g Sunflower seeds
15 g Cornflakes
8 Units Brazil nuts
2 tbsp. crushed linseed
2 tbsp. Rice syrup or honey
2 Tsp. Coconut blossom sugar
1 Pinch Cinnamon and salt
  • Step 1/5

First you should roughly chop the cashews, Brazil nuts and sunflower seeds with a knife.

  • Step 2/5

Then you can mix the rolled oats, cashews, sunflower seeds, brazil nuts, linseed, cornflakes, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.

  • Step 3/5

Now you should also add the rice syrup to the bowl and mix until it adheres evenly to the mixture.

  • Step 4/5

Then line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the granola evenly on it, then put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 170 °C fan oven. After 10 minutes, reduce the temperature to 120 °C and take the baking tray out briefly.

  • Step 5/5

Now you can spread the coconut blossom sugar on top and mix the granola in the meantime. Then bake for a further 5 minutes. After baking, you can refine the baked granola with dried fruit, fresh fruit and cocoa nibs and enjoy it warm or cooled.
