These delicious coconut macaroons are sweetened with dates instead of refined sugar, giving them an aromatic caramel note.

150 g Medjool dates
250 g Coconut flakes
50 g Coconut flour
50 g ground almonds
2 tbsp. Mandelmus
2 tbsp. Mandelmus
2 tbsp. Mandelmus
1 tbsp. Maple syrup
1 Tsp. Baking powder
0.5 Tsp. ground vanilla
1 Prise Cardamom
1 Prise Salt
70 g dark chocolate
1 Tsp. Coconut oil

    Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.

    Pit the Medjool dates and put them in a blender with the maple syrup and a little water if necessary until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Add the almond butter.
