                                        Sweet coconut snacks for in between.

                    Step 1/6
                                                                                                                            Place coconut flakes with honey, coconut oil and coconut cream in a saucepan and heat briefly over low heat, stirring until all ingredients are well combined.

                                                                                                                            Then stir in pinch of salt.

                                                                                                                            Pour warm mixture into a mold or deep tin and chill in the freezer for at least an hour.

                                                                                                                            Slowly heat the chocolate over a water bath. While doing so, cut the coconut mixture into bar shapes with a sharp knife.

                                                                                                                            Using a fork, dip the cold bars into the chocolate and let them drain on a rack.
