This granola will become your new favorite cereal in no time!

  • Step 1/6

    Preheat the oven to 160°C.

  • Step 2/6

    Mix the dry ingredients well in a large bowl.

  • Step 3/6

    Melt the coconut oil and pour over the dry ingredients along with the maple syrup.

  • Step 4/6

    Mix everything well and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Press down a little, so then form clusters during baking.

  • Step 5/6

    Bake for about 15 minutes. It is best to check every minute after 10 minutes, as the cranberries burn easily. Remove from the oven as soon as the cranberries darken.

  • Step 6/6

    Let cool without mixing and only when the granola has cooled break into clusters and store in an airtight container.
