A delicious granola recipe with rolled oats, spelt flakes, amaranth, quinoa, almonds, almond paste, chia seeds, flax seeds, dried blueberries, blossom honey, coconut oil and chocolate drops.
Weigh all ingredients and place in a bowl. Add blueberries and chocolate drops at the end (do not bake). Mix everything together well with a wooden spoon. You will need a little patience until the blossom honey, almond paste and coconut oil have combined with all the ingredients.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Place the granola on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread evenly.
The granola is now baked in three batches. Each baking process takes about 10-12 minutes.
After each baking process, use the wooden spoon to roll the granola around properly so that no lumps form. Make sure that it does not get too dark during the third baking process, otherwise it could taste too bitter.
When the granola has cooled, add the chocolate drops and blueberries. Then you can transfer the granola into screw-top jars.
