Made from equal parts brown rice, spelt, millet, quinoa and emmer, it delivers a balanced mix with a naturally nutty taste. As a source of fibre (5,7g /100g) and protein (11g /100g), it’s a simple way to make your breakfast tastier. No added sugar* and no unnecessary extras—just pure organic grains, puffed to perfection.

What does “puffed” mean?

You might know the texture from our puffed rice bars or puffed fruits. But how does a grain turn this light and crisp? Instead of standard drying, a combination of heat and pressure is used—similar to popcorn. When the pressure is released, the natural moisture inside the grain expands rapidly, creating that airy texture. This gentle process helps preserve the wholegrain character while giving you that satisfying crunch.

A balanced and varied diet is healthy overall. However, our puffed 5-grain mix makes for a delicious breakfast and is also a source of fibre and protein.
It is best to store the mix in a cool and dry place, protected from light. In its unopened original packaging, it has a shelf life of 12 months.
Of course! All that makes it into the bag are 5 different types of grains, all of them puffed. No additives or animal ingredients make it into the bag, so the product is 100% vegan.
This product is a versatile wonder in your kitchen. Whether you use it with yogurt, smoothie bowls or as muesli, it is sure to delight. Its even pleasant simply by itself, as a snack.
The process is similar to the "popping" of popcorn. We use the influence of heat and pressure on the grains for a short time. Due to the sudden drop in pressure, the moisture content in the grains instantly expands and makes the grains "puff". This gives the grains a crunchy, airy texture, but keeps the wonderful flavour.
Our mix combines the best of both worlds: traditional grains such as emmer, spelt, quinoa and maize meet modern brown rice. The five varieties are present in equal parts, are carefully puffed and contain no added sugar (contains naturally occurring sugar) or other additives.
