Our whey protein is sweetened with sucralose, among other things – a sweetener that should not be heated. We therefore advise against baking or cooking with protein powder. However, you can stir it into your muesli, yoghurt or ready-made porridge.

What is the correct way to consume whey protein?

The easiest way to take whey protein is as a shake: mix 30g of powder with 300ml of water or milk, shake well – and your chocolatey protein shake is ready! Whether you drink it before or after training is up to you. Both make sense, as protein contributes to building and maintaining muscle mass. But you can also stir whey into yoghurt, muesli, porridge or overnight oats if you prefer to spoon it rather than sip it. Your whey, your rules!
