Veganer Cookie Dough

1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
1 cups coarsely chopped walnut kernels
2 tbsp. Maple syrup
2 tbsp. Mandelmus
1 cups Oat drink
1 cups Oatmeal
1 tbsp. Protein powder
1 handful Chocolate drops
1 Pinch Salt
250 g Canned chickpeas
  • Step 1/3

    Blend chickpeas, rolled oats, protein powder, almond paste, maple syrup, vanilla extract, oat drink, and a pinch of salt in a blender until creamy.

  • Step 2/3

    Mix in chocolate drops and walnut kernels.

  • Step 3/3

    Chill the cookie dough in the refrigerator for a while.
