Vegane Crunchy Chicken-Nuggets

1 tbsp. Chicken seasoning
400 ml Boiling water
20 g Protein chips peppers (or sugar-free cornflakes)
60 g Soy yogurt
1 Tsp. Vegetable broth
  • Step 1/5

    Place medallions in a bowl and pour hot water and vegetable broth over them. Put a plate on it and let it stand for 10 minutes.

  • Step 2/5

    In the meantime, crush the chips and put the yogurt in a shallow dish. Spread the chips on a plate.

  • Step 3/5

    Drain the medallions, squeeze lightly and season with the chicken seasoning.

  • Step 4/5

    Then roll first in the yogurt and then in the chips.

  • Step 5/5

    Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees top/bottom heat for 40 minutes until crispy. Turn over in the meantime.
