Vegan cream with fruit topping

400 g Silken tofu
3 Tsp. Vanilla sugar
2 Units bananas
200 g Frozen berries
3 tbsp. Chiasamen
4 tbsp. Water
2 Tsp. Lemon juice
6 tbsp. Puffed quinoa

    First, puree the silken tofu with vanilla sugar and pour it into a jar.

  • Step 2/6

    Then mix the bananas with the frozen berries, lemon juice and water in a blender.

    Next, you can stir in the chia seeds and pour the mixture into a bowl.

    Now you should leave everything to stand for about 10 minutes so that the chia seeds can swell.

    Then pour the fruit puree over the tofu cream and place in the fridge for at least half an hour.

  • Step 6/6

    Finally, decorate the vegan cream with puffed quinoa for a little more bite!
