Vegan brownies from red beans

Sweet brownies from red beans for in between.

200 g Red beans
2 tbsp. Flaxseed
150 g Flour
60 g Baking cocoa
150 ml Hot water
1 Tsp. Baking powder
40 g Apple pulp
80 ml Plant milk
150 g Sugar
0 Tsp. Baking soda
40 g Margarine (melted)
40 g Chocolate drops
1 Prise(n) Salt
1 Prise(n) Vanilla extract
  • Step 1/7

    Puree the beans with the vegetable milk in a blender.

  • Step 2/7

    For a flaxseed egg, pour flaxseed with hot water, mix and set aside briefly.

  • Step 3/7

    Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and sugar.

  • Step 4/7

    Add margarine, apple pulp, flaxseed egg and bean mixture and mix (just until everything is well blended, but not too long).

  • Step 5/7

    Fold in some of the shkodrops.

  • Step 6/7

    Pour the dough into a mold (20×20 cm for me) and sprinkle with the rest of the chocolate.

  • Step 7/7

    Bake at 175°C top/bottom heat for approx. 35min.
