Strawberry matcha buttons (vegan & gluten-free)

Eine Hand in einem flauschigen, hellgrünen Strickärmel hält einen runden, hellgrünen Matcha-Schokoladen-Button in die Kamera. Der Snack ist mit gepufftem Quinoa versetzt, was ihm eine körnige Textur verleiht, und trägt in der Mitte eine leuchtend rote, gefriergetrocknete Erdbeerscheibe. Im Hintergrund ist ein weißer Teller mit weiteren dieser Matcha-Erdbeer-Snacks zu sehen, die in weichem, seitlichem Sonnenlicht liegen.

In the mood for some playful little treats? Our Strawberry Matcha Buttons are vegan, gluten-free, add a pop of color to your plate, and are sure to be the star of any finger food party. For the little ones, just swap matcha for cocoa – and they get their own chocolatey version, completely caffeine-free!

100 g white chocolate, vegan
1 Tsp. coconut oil
2 Tsp. matcha
15 UNIT strawberry slices, freeze-dried
3 tbsp. quinoa, puffed

    Melt the vegan white chocolate together with the coconut oil.

  • Step 2/5

    Sift in the matcha powder and stir until you reach your desired color.

  • Step 3/5

    Add the puffed quinoa and mix again.

  • Step 4/5

    Use a spoon to drop small mounds of the matcha-quinoa chocolate onto a sheet of parchment paper. Place one freeze-dried strawberry slice on top of each mound.

    Let everything set in the fridge or freezer for at least 20–30 minutes – then enjoy!
