Spelt protein pancakes with cottage cheese strawberry topping

The protein-rich breakfast for the ideal Sunday morning.

1 tbsp. Protein powder
1 Ei
3 tbsp. Spelt flour
2 tbsp. Erythritol
0.5 Tsp. Coconut oil
200 ml Almond milk
100 g Low-fat curd cheese
0.5 Tsp. Baking powder
4 UNIT Strawberries
  • Step 1/4

    Mix the ingredients for the dough in a bowl.

  • Step 2/4

    Heat the coconut oil in the pan and add small blobs to the pan. Place the pan on medium heat and fry the pancakes for about 1 minute on each side.

  • Step 3/4

    Mix the low-fat quark with erythritol and a little mineral water until it is nice and creamy.

  • Step 4/4

    Wash and chop the strawberries and eat them together with the low-fat curd and the pancakes.
