Ein cremiges Protein-Erdnuss-Dessert in einem Glas, serviert auf einer minimalistischen, grauen Arbeitsplatte. Creamy, nutty, chocolatey! This quick protein dessert packs 45 g of protein per serving and is ready in just 15 minutes. Grab a spoon and enjoy!\n

200 g yoghurt, vegan
1 tbsp. peanut butter, salted
10 g peanuts
25 dark chocolate or milk chocolate
13 g vanilla protein powder, vegan
  • Step 1/3

    Mix the protein powder with the yogurt alternative until there are no more lumps and pour the mixture into a glasss.

  • Step 2/3

    Top with peanut butter and place a few peanuts on top.

  • Step 3/3

    Melt the chocolate and spread evenly on top. Optionally, garnish with more peanuts. Place the dessert in the refrigerator or freezer for about 5 minutes, until the chocolate is firm and crisp.
