With this recipe you can bring the summer home one, two or even three times - very quickly and without much effort! The recipe is also a delicious alternative to conventional ice cream.
Preheat the oven to 180°C convection oven.
Mix coconut oil with the coconut chips and place on a baking sheet. These should be baked for about 5-8 minutes until golden brown.
Put frozen bananas with milk in a blender. Blend well until a creamy and homogeneous ice cream is formed.
Add remaining ingredients and mix again.
Pour ice cream into a bowl and garnish with the coconut flakes and fresh berries.
