A simple one-pot lentil pasta with onion, garlic, tomato paste, vegetable broth, strained tomatoes, red lentils, noodles, soy sauce, yeast flakes, spinach, oil, salt and pepper.
Cut the onion and garlic (if you use fresh) into small cubes. Prepare the vegetable broth and wash the lentils under cold water.
Heat some oil in a pot and fry the onion and garlic until translucent.
Add the tomato paste and stir-fry for a minute.
Next, add the vegetable broth, strained tomatoes, lentils, pasta, salt and pepper to the pot. Stir well until the noodles are covered with the liquid. Then put a lid halfway on the pot and let the pasta simmer for 10 minutes.
After the 10 minutes, add the soy sauce, yeast flakes and spinach to the pasta in the pot. Stir the whole thing and let it simmer for another 3 minutes.
Taste the One Pot Lentil Pasta again after the cooking time.
