Nut-Muesli

Simply make your own breakfast muesli without industrial sugar and sprinkle with high-quality nuts.

3 tbsp. Xylitol
30 blanched almonds
50 Macadamia nuts
50 Coconut flakes
5 UNIT egg white
50 Brazil nuts
  • Step 1/6

    Preheat the oven to 150 degrees convection.

  • Step 2/6

    Chop the nuts so that pieces remain.

  • Step 3/6

    Mix the nuts together with the coconut flakes, xylitol and egg whites.

  • Step 4/6

    Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with baking packer and bake for 20 minutes.

  • Step 5/6

    After the 20 minutes, take it out and use a spatula to turn the mixture and break it up.

  • Step 6/6

    Then place in the oven again for 20 minutes, let cool and enjoy with milk or yogurt.
