Lupine hummus

If you want a change from the classic chickpea hummus, this is it.

2 tbsp. Tahini
190 g Lupinen
1 Tsp. Coarse salt
1 Tsp. Cumin
1 UNIT Garlic cloves
1 Tsp. Coriander (ground)
3 tbsp. Olive oil
1 Prise Turmeric (ground)
1 Prise Cardamom (ground)
  • Step 1/2

    Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy.

  • Step 2/2

    Toppings: some olive oil and/or tahini, sesame seeds and black cumin. (You can replace the lupins 1:1 with chickpeas).
