Everyone knows pasta soups. Basically, our lasagna soup is nothing else. However, due to the rich mountain lentils, the fine vegetables and the delicious spices, it almost reminds you of a stew. Depending on how many vegetables or lasagna sheets you add, the larger or smaller the portion. We can only recommend this vegan dish.
Chop the vegetables.
Stir the vegetable broth into simmering water.
Add everything else to the pot except the yeast flakes. Break the lasagna sheets into pieces and stir them in.
Simmer with the lid on until the soup is creamy.
Add the yeast flakes and serve.
