First, make a date puree from the dates and the plant-based drink/water. To do this, simply process both ingredients in a blender to make a homogeneous puree.

Then mix the remaining ingredients well with the date puree to form a dough. Shape the dough into small balls.

Finally, the energy balls can be decorated with additional grated coconut, almond kernels or cocoa powder. Enjoy your meal!
