Kamut porridge

A creamy porridge made from an original form of wheat.

350 ml Water
25 g Pudding powder
1 Tsp. Sweetener, e.g. agave syrup
40 g Kamut flakes
150 g Skyr or a vegan alternative
50 g Raspberries
  • Step 1/5

    Mix kamut flakes with pudding powder in a high bowl.

  • Step 2/5

    Add water and stir briefly.

  • Step 3/5

    Then microwave three to four times for 2 min. Stir in between.

  • Step 4/5

    The mass becomes thick and pudding-like.

  • Step 5/5

    Then stir in skyr and sweetener and top with raspberries or other favorite toppings.
